I graduated from Arkansas Academy of Massage here in Cabot, Arkansas in 2020 and immediately began working in therapeutic massage. I have continued my education with training in scar therapy, cupping and taping for massage, cranioscacral therapy, and the raindrop technique. I also currently have 72 hours training in Integrated Manual Therapy and am pursuing a certification in that modality. I love how thorough it is, and results that my clients have been able to see are mind-blowing!

I love interacting with people through massage therapy. Knowing that I am a bright spot in their week, brightens my week. But more than that, I hope to be a source of encouragement by providing a service that helps them live a life with better movement and less pain. Migraines, headaches, and TMJ issues have been big areas of focus in my work over the past few years. These are issues that plague so many people and I will continue to focus my training in those areas so I can provide the best work possible for my clients.

My ideal client is someone who is looking for better a quality of life whether that be that less stress or fewer aches and pains.

In my free time I love spending time with friends and family, loving on my animals, and caring for my houseplants.
