I attended Touching America massage school in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2007 and found that I love this work! The main reason I continue to do massage after all these years is because I absolutely love meeting people from all walks of life and helping them to feel better so their bodies can reach their maximum potential. My favorite modality of massage is British Sports Therapy but I also use cupping, deep tissue massage and many other techniques to find the root of the problem. No one client is like the other so I am constantly adapting and evolving to meet them where they’re at and help them get to where they want to be.

My family and I returned to Arkansas in 2020 after traveling the world for 15 years while my husband was active duty in the Air Force. We decided to retire in Cabot and raise our two children and dog here. My children are my world and I talk frequently about them, especially my youngest who has a neuromuscular disorder that affects her movement. This impacts the daily walk of our life and as a result, my mind has been re-wired to look for all kinds of problem areas and to work out ways that I can help relieve them and make life easier. I apply this experience when treating my clients and look forward to being able to learn and grow with you all!
